These Terms & Conditions govern your use of clapcuddles.com and any purchase you make from Clapcuddles, a brand operated by Clap Cuddles by Clapstore Toys (the “Company”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

Numsy and other Clapcuddles products are toys for play and early learning, designed for children within the stated age range. They are not medical, therapeutic or developmental devices and do not replace adult care or professional guidance. Adult supervision is recommended during play. Please keep all packaging away from children, check the toy regularly, and discontinue use if any part becomes loose or damaged.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD). We may change prices, packs or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & acceptance

When you submit the order form, you are making an offer to purchase. We may contact you (often by WhatsApp or phone) to confirm your order before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where the delivery pincode is not serviceable, where fraud is suspected, or in the case of repeated refusal of COD deliveries.

4. Shipping, cancellations & refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Clapcuddles name, logo, text, images and design — is owned by or licensed to the Company and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Our products are intended as toys for play and learning, used with adult supervision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for misuse of the product. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
