Our 30-Day Happiness Promise
Give your little one Numsy for up to 30 days. If it isn’t bringing smiles or helping them play and learn, simply email Support@clapstore.co.in and we’ll refund your order in full. Quick and friendly, no fuss.
1. How to request a refund
Email Support@clapstore.co.in within your 30-day window with the name and mobile number used on your order. We’ll confirm and arrange your refund — no long forms and no hassle for the Happiness Promise.
2. Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by emailing or messaging us. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled in transit, but it is still covered by the 30-Day Happiness Promise above.
3. Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a refund.
4. Refund method & timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For prepaid orders, refunds go back to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.
5. A note on safety & hygiene
Numsy contains a battery-operated sound module, so please wipe it clean with a dry cloth only — do not wash or soak it. For everyone’s safety and hygiene, returns are accepted for damaged or defective items rather than for toys that have been used and washed.
